Awards like "Kulinarium Steiermark" and "Slow Food" .have greatly enhanced the restaurant's reputation over the last few years making it making it the region's hottest insider tip. Many of our products are acquired from local farmers. Our conviction to preparing fresh and healthy dishes for our guests can be tasted with every mouthful and convenience products are absolutely tabu. Our diverse buffet breakfast costs € 10,- for external guests
From 12 noon - 2 p.m. - lunchtime menu with a choice of 3 menus, vegetarian options, typical Austrian meals and farm to table products.
2 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. snack menu, pizza, ice cream sundaes, coffee and cakes on our sun terrace, dining menu from 5:30 p.m. - 9 p.m.
COOKED ON "Channel 3" TV
Werner Stiller, head chef and proprietor of Hotel Stigenwirth, was given the opportunity to cook for Austrian's Channel 3 TV cooking series. He presented a fantastic meal of home-made organic-cheese ravioili served with a field-lettuce and potato salad with pumpkin seed oil dressing followed by Spagath spelt-pastries filled with whipped cream and cranberries.
